Our plentiful table lain according to the precise directions of Old-Russian culinary artists is already waiting for our guests from far away. As you arrive, we have prepared an assortment of delicious zakuskas for you:
Salted pickles with three tastes, best dumplings beneath a light dough cover, garden and forest crops pickled and salted in Russian way. Delicious mildly salted herring, both home-cooked and Boyar’s battercakes with wild mushrooms. Light roast beef and extra-class veal tongue "Burjonka".
Having sat down comfortably, you can immediately begin to enjoy our main course:
Oven-baked pork chop "Buzenina" and fish filled with vegetables completed by oven-baked potatoes, buckwheat sausages and potato sausages with barley.
According to the best Russian traditions, the almost three-hour plentiful feast is completed by famous Russian samovar tea with a dish of fruit.

Our menu is a mixture of Russian and Scandinavian cuisine. The Restaurant`s Chef Edgars Kubetskis was elected the 1999 Chef of the Year. We are also offering the catering service and a separate menu for vegetarians, as well as for allergic and lactose-intolerant people.
