Commission
TrekBaltics pays a standard commission of 10% over the tour price only (i.e. a Camping Trek or a Comfort Trek). Any extra booked services, like overnights in pre-tour hotel(s) and/or post-tour hotel(s), are excluded from the commission.
Our Commission Rate structure is as follows:
- 10%: 1-5 booked clients;
- 11%: 6-10 booked clients;
- 12%: 11-20 booked clients;
- 13%: 21-30 booked clients;
- 14%: 31-40 booked clients;
- 15%: 41+ booked clients.
Familiarization Tour (FAM)
Travel agents will be given a discount of 20% for a Familiarization Tour (i.e. a Camping Trek or a Comfort Trek). Your booking will be subject to availability of seats on your preferred tour departure date. You will be booked a place on a tour with our regular customers, this way you will get the best experience of our unique way of travel. For Travel agents we do not offer companion discounts, however you will earn a commission on any companion bookings. No commission is paid on your discounted tour. One travel agent discount is allowed per travel agent per year and the booking must be made through your agency. Subsequently travel agencies must sell at least 5 tours per calendar year to qualify for the 20% discount again.
