TrekBaltics can make a trek which is especially made for you (family / friends / colleagues / school / incentives / etc). Based on your requirements and budget for your desired trek we can make you an attractive offer. Transportation for maximum 16 passengers with maxi-van(s) will be all arranged for you, together with one of our Trek Leaders who also drives during the tour.
The process for getting a price offfer for a tailor-made trek request is:
- You send us your requirements and budget for your desired trek;
- TrekBaltics checks if it can plan in your tour in the current tour schedule. Either we accept your request and send you a confirmation e-mail about acceptance of your request (continue with step 3 of this process), or we reject your request by sending you an e-mail about rejectance of your request (continue with step 14 of this process);
- TrekBaltics makes an offer based on your requirements and budget as much as we possible can (of course the requirements and the budget for it must be in balance). Some e-mail conversations between you and TrekBaltics Sales might be needed to get things clear and right;
- TrekBaltics sends this first offer to you in PDF format per e-mail within 4 weeks after you made the request;
- You check the first offer and respond to us within a week after receiving our offer. Either you accept the first offer as is (continue with step 12 of this process), or you give us your desired changes to be processed in our first offer (continue with step 6 of this process), or you want to withdraw your request (continue with step 13 of this process);
- TrekBaltics makes a new offer based on your desired changes. Some e-mail conversations between you and TrekBaltics Sales might be needed to get things clear and right;
- TrekBaltics sends this second offer to you in PDF format per e-mail within 2 weeks;
- You check the second offer and respond to us within a week after receiving our second offer. Either you accept the second offer as is (continue with step 12 of this process), or you give us your last desired changes to be processed in our second offer (continue with step 9 of this process), or you want to withdraw your request (continue with step 13 of this process);
- TrekBaltics makes a new offer based on your last desired changes. Some e-mail conversations between you and TrekBaltics Sales might be needed to get things clear and right;
- TrekBaltics sends this last offer to you in PDF format per e-mail within 2 weeks;
- You check our third and last offer and respond to us within a week after receiving our second offer. Either you accept the second offer as is (continue with step 12 of this process), or you want to withdraw your request (continue with step 13 of this process);
- You accepted our offer and TrekBaltics will make sure that your tailor-made tour will be performed as agreed in the accepted offer (continue with step 14 of this process);
- You didn't accept our proposal and want to withdraw your request, we charge you with a fee of EUR 150,= for the offer(s) we have done towards you.
- End of this process.
Important notes:
- Accepted offers must also be returned undersigned, and must have been received per regular mail or fax within 2 weeks after your acceptance via e-mail at our TrekBaltics sales office. When your undersigned accepted offer has not been received within 2 weeks after your acceptance via e-mail, TrekBaltics cancels your request and charges you with a fee of EUR 150,= for the offer(s) we have done towards you;
- The entire process above can maximum take up to 11 weeks, so in case you would like to see your tailor-made trek to become reality, make a request very early so that TrekBaltics is hopefully still able to plan it into our tour schedules;
- The offer is for free when you accept our tailor-made trek proposal, under the condition that the process described in the steps above has been followed. If you don't accept the proposal and want to withdraw your request, we charge EUR 150,= for the offer(s) we have done towards you.
