When you select a holiday, it's important to know if the tour is a good match for your fitness level. You want to make sure the pace of the walking, biking, hiking, paddling, or climbing you'll be doing is well-suited to you, your group or family members. On most tours, we transport all the gear. All you normally carry is your light daypack. The scale is from an easy (1) to a strenuous (5) tour. Every tour has an associated difficulty rating which you need to consider before booking the tour. That said, you'll get more enjoyment out of any tour if you are in good physical condition.
