You can book a tour at TrekBaltics in one of the following ways:
1) Booking on Confirmed Basis (Online Booking)
Your booking will be handled on a confirmed basis. This means that as soon as your booking is completed your place(s) on your booked tour is (are) confirmed real-time. So you can be sure that the place(s) you booked are available for you. A booking on confirmed basis is only possible via our Online Booking System and by paying the booking by international bank transfer.
To use this online booking facility, you must:
- For a(n) (international) bank transfer to Estonia:
Transfer the money due to our bank account in Estonia. See Contact Information for our bank account information. The money for your booking must be paid and received by TrekBaltics before the due dates mentioned on the confirmed booking form, which you receive by e-mail.
- For a credit card payment:
Payments with Credit Cards are currently not supported.
2) Booking on Request Basis (Offline Booking)
Your booking will be handled on a request basis only and will thus be subject to availability. So, there is no direct confirmation on availability of your place(s) on your requested tour booking! We will confirm your booking form by e-mail within 72 hours (allowing for weekends) and will use whatever method of communication you prefer after that time. If you have not heard back from us within 72 hours, please contact us immediately. If your chosen tour is not available for any reason we will contact you with possible alternatives.
An Offline Booking can be done in two ways:
- Booking locally via one of our Travel Agents
Our Tours are sold by a network of international travel agents who can handle your booking locally in your country of residence. You can make your reservation through one of our appointed travel agents who can handle all of your travel requirements at the same time, i.e. international flights, travel insurance, hotels and tour arrangements. - Booking via our Downloadable Booking Form
Our Tours can also be booked by filling out our Downloadable Booking Form and e-mailing it to the TrekBaltics Sales Department (sales@trekbaltics.com).
